The congress will take place in Salle Athena at the Maison de la Recherche of the university Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris (France). 

It is located @ 4 rue des Irlandais 75005 Paris, and easily accessible by public transport (10 minutes' walk from nearest metro and RER stations, and 5-10 minutes' walk from nearest bus stops).
